a few changes...

So after struggling through the show at Joe's Pub last night, I went to the doctor this morning. He says I definitely have an infection -- shouldn't sing or talk.

So I won't be at the in-store at Barnes & Noble today. I am extremely bummed about it -- so sorry to those of you who were planning to go. We are going to try to find a day to make it up.

Letterman called this morning and have to re-schedule us. So I won't be doing that, either. Which is also a bummer! But these things happen for a reason.

I must convalesce and take care of myself and the little one (only 6 1/2 weeks to go). I'm so glad my sweet husband is home. What would I do without him?

I will definitely (God willing) be at The Ramble this Saturday, Feb. 13th. Chomping at the bit, I'm sure!!

And speaking of last night's show, I thoroughly enjoyed myself despite having about one-quarter of the voice I normally have. The band just blew me away, as did the wonderful audience cheering me on. I could feel everyone pulling for me.

I'm gonna be the opener at The Ramble on February 13!!! I'm so excited and thanks to everyone involved for making it happen. I'll have Chris, Eleanor, and Byron playing with me -- it should be an amazing night.

Early Show canceled

Well, I will not be on The Early Show on Saturday as planned, due to coverage of the Haiti earthquake. Stay tuned for a possible rescheduled date.
